Job Description

A Bilingual Customer Service Rep to support order processing, prepare shipping documents (such as packing lists and invoices), and maintain excellent communication with both internal and external clients. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude are essential.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in client service or related administrative roles is preferred.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in French and English to be able to communicate with local and international customers.
  • College degree or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Main Tasks

  • Receive and process customer orders.
  • Prepare packing lists, invoices, and shipment documents.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping carriers to ensure timely dispatch of products.
  • Communicate order status updates to customers as needed.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as required by the team, including filing and document organization.

Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 am - 4:30 pm). The work is on-site.
