Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to support order processing, prepare shipping documents (such as packing lists and invoices), and assist the customer service team with administrative tasks. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude are essential.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in client service or related administrative roles is preferred.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in French and English to be able to communicate with local and international customers.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Main Tasks

  • Receive and process customer orders.
  • Prepare packing lists, invoices, and shipment documents.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping carriers to ensure timely dispatch of products.
  • Communicate order status updates to customers as needed.
  • Follow established procedures and ensure compliance with company service standards.
  • Perform basic administrative duties (filing, document scanning, data entry).

Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 am - 4:30 pm). The work is on-site.
