Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

Qualifications

  • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

Skills

  • 2 years of experience in the administrative field
  • Written and oral communication skills in French, oral in English
  • Microsoft Office knowledge: Word and Excel

Main Tasks

  • Greeting visitors
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Opening and distribution of postal mail and fax
  • Receipt and creation of new employee files and update the list of employees
  • Maintaining and ordering office supplies
  • Administrative support for projects
  • Sending samples to customers
  • Archiving
  • Preparation of certificates and letters
  • Data entry
  • Schedule of deliveries or pick-up of mail
  • Make the English French translation
  • Administration of lab coats
